Is your child nervous about the coming onslaught of Physics or Geometry? Is your child about to embark on their journey to elementary school? Keller Learning Program, LLC offers summer tutoring camps in a variety of subjects to help students get a jump start on courses for the upcoming school year.

GET READY TO RULE THE SCHOOL

Week 1, 9am - 11am 


This camp is for children who will be attending Kindergarten in Fall 2020. Throughout the program, the student will work on:

  • recognizing and naming basic shapes 
  • recognizing and naming numbers 1-10 (in order and out of order) 
  • counting to 20
  • saying or singing the alphabet
  • recognizing both lowercase and uppercase letters 
  • identifying colors 
  • writing his or her first name 
  • sorting items 
  • rhyming 
  • letter sounds

This camp is for children who will be attending 1st grade in Fall 2020. Throughout the program, the student will work on:

  • classroom participation (listening to others, speaking out loud)

This camp is for children who will be attending 2nd grade in Fall 2020. Throughout the program, the student will work on:

  • analyzing who, what, when, where, why, and how regarding a story 
  • comparing and contrasting elements of a story 
  • basic rules of spoken and written English 
  • engaging in class discussions 
  • writing 
  • adding and subtracting numbers up to 20 
  • place value 
  • measuring objects
  • telling time to the nearest hour

This camp is for children who will be attending 3rd grade in Fall 2020. Throughout the program, the student will work on:

  • writing about events (beginning, middle, and end) 
  • gathering facts about a topic and describing what was learned 
  • identifying central message, moral, or lesson of a story (fiction and non-fiction) 
  • adding and subtracting numbers up to 100 
  • place value
  • measuring and estimating 
  • solve problems using money 
  • solve word problems
